Ballet
Ballet is a classic style of dance that embodies both grace and athleticism. It requires intense technique training. At the Moving Company, students are required to take a certain number of classes per week in ballet as they progress through the levels. We offer a rigorous in-house, multi leveled curriculum in addition to the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Classes for ballet studies.
Royal Academy of Dance training at TMC
Royal Academy of Dance training in ballet, also known as RAD, is offered at the Moving Company. The RAD curriculum provides a set class of exercises and dances in each level or grade. This means that dancers will be working on the same exact exercises all year long, allowing them to increase their technique, musicality, and artistry. Dancers may be eligible to take an RAD examination in which they will perform these exercises for an examiner and receive scores across multiple categories. For more information on RAD classes, visit the RAD page of our website by clicking below.
