Acro
AcroDance is an exciting and challenging style blending both acrobatic and dance elements together. Technique is taught through safe progressions outlined in the Acrobatic Arts curriculum by a certified instructor. Students will work on inner-dayna strength and flexibility in order to perform various balance, limbering, tumbling and partnering skills.

Pom dance is a dynamic and energetic style of dance that places emphasis on precise and synchronized arm movements, formations, jumps and skills. It is characterized by its sue of poms, which dancers hold in their hands throughout the routine
Acro Classes
NEW! Acro 1B
Friday 4:45 - 5:30pm
Beginner-level class for ages 7-10. No teacher recommendation is required or prior experience necessary. Dancer must be age 7 by 9/1/2026.
Enrollment in 1 class a week in either Jazz or Ballet is required.

Friday 5:30 - 6:30pm

NEW! Acro 2/3
Friday 6:30 - 7:30pm
This class, designed for students ages 11 and up, will focus on intermediate and advanced level skills required in the Acrobatic Arts program. While prior Acro experience is not required, dancers should be capable of performing basic tumbling/limbering skills such as a cartwheel, bridge and forward roll. Dancer must be age 11 by 9/1/2026.
Enrollment in 2 classes a week in either Ballet, Jazz, Modern, or Lyrical is required.
